In accordance with article 13 of the Privacy Code, below is the disclaimer relative to your personal data processing by Kunerango S.r.l. (“Kunerango” or “Company”) relative to the sale of on-demand courses or organizing live training sessions (the “Activities”).
Kunerango is the Processing Manager of the personal data you provide when you register with the website https://kunerango.com (the “Website”).
Your personal data (the “Data”) are processed to enable correctly satisfying the contractual and/or legal obligations to provide the requested Activities.
It is compulsory for you to provide your Data to enable us to pursue this aim, and failure to provide them, or partial or incorrect data, could mean we are unable to proceed with the requested Activities.
Furthermore there are other accessory data to the above which, albeit not compulsory, help us to manage the contractual agreement better; inter alia, any additional contact data (e.g. email address). Providing this data is optional.
The data are processed digitally and online, using methods and tools to guarantee the maximum security and privacy, and they are only accessible to Kunerango staff who are assigned for their processing.
Your data will be processed by people (also outside the Company) who are appointed as managers or assignees for the processing, and have received suitable operating instructions, with special emphasis on the minimum security measures to guarantee the privacy and security of your data.

You are free to contact Kunerango to exercise the rights that are granted to the person concerned as given in art. 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196/03, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In particular you can: (1) Receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and request an intelligible copy of the same; (II) Learn the origins of the data, the processing aims and method, and the logic applied using digital tools; (III) Request the update, amendment or – if you need – the integration of your data; (IV) Obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block any data that are processed illegally, and oppose the data processing for legitimate reasons; (V) Oppose the data processing for sending advertising material, direct sales, market research and marketing communications.
We use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit a Kunerango service, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device.
